- Maintained a 98.2% Dispatch Rate (improved from 92.3%) by creating the ‘Nutrition O2B Support’ system and tightening planner coordination.
- Supported a 158% demand upsurge for Knorr over 3 consecutive months by securing uninterrupted RM/PM flow with regional suppliers.
- Avoided raw and packaging material write-offs by defining stock norms and coordinating material extensions with R&D and Quality.
- Authored SAP VBA utilities for FG PO creation and automated the breakdown of plans into day-wise RM/PM requirements.
